Yes. A free trial gets a cancel-by deadline and a reminder before it. A paid subscription gets its amount, billing period and next charge date, and can have a renewal reminder. Both count toward the same tracker limit.

No. Type the tool’s name or website and its dates, and nothing asks for mailbox access. Gmail is an optional way to find receipts and trial notices you have forgotten.

Yes, from a CSV file with up to 50 rows. Dates must be written as 2026-09-24; other formats are refused rather than guessed. Each row becomes a tracked trial with a reminder. Import CSV

To the email address you sign in with. A free trial is reminded before its cancel-by deadline, and a paid subscription before a renewal if you asked for one. For a deadline with no time of day, the reminder is 9:00 in your timezone two days before the end date, so you have a full day before the last day begins. You can change the time before you save. Your reminder is scheduled after you save the subscription. It becomes due at the time shown on your tracker and is handed to the mail provider on the next dispatch run after that, usually within fifteen minutes. “Sent” means the mail provider accepted it, which is not the same as it reaching your inbox. You can send yourself a sample from Reminder settings.

Edit the subscription and the pending reminder moves with it. A reminder time that has already passed cannot be scheduled; the form offers the next possible time or no reminder instead. Recording that a subscription converted, was cancelled or ended stops its pending reminders.

Read-only access to the mailbox through Google’s gmail.readonly permission, which covers the whole mailbox rather than receipts alone. The scan looks for receipts and trial notices in a period you choose and lists them as suggestions. You choose which suggestions to add; it cannot send, change or delete mail. Signing in with Google is separate and asks for no mailbox access. Email access and security

For each suggestion: the sending domain, the subject line, the date, Google’s message identifier and the details extracted from it. Message bodies and attachments are not stored. Disconnecting deletes the stored access and every suggestion from that mailbox, then asks Google to revoke the permission; if Google does not confirm, the page tells you. Subscriptions you already added stay.

Google shows a screen saying it has not verified this app because the Gmail read permission has not completed Google’s verification. You can stop there; backing out shares nothing. While the connection is in Google’s Testing publishing mode, access expires after about 7 days and the inbox has to be connected again from Inboxes. Nothing you already imported is affected.

An assistant inside TrackSignUp, included with Solo Founder. Ask in plain words to find a subscription, see what renews or which trials end soon, understand what each product costs, add a subscription, or change a price, a date or a product split. It prepares each change and shows it field by field, marking what you said and what it assumed; nothing is saved until you press the confirmation button. It cannot cancel anything with a vendor, archive, delete, or record avoided-cost decisions. Each account has a monthly message allowance. See Solo Founder

Your message and a compact summary of the tracker records needed to answer it are sent to OpenAI to prepare the reply. The summary leaves out your notes, and no email content is ever sent. The conversation is kept in your account for 30 days after the last message, or until you clear it, and drafts for 30 days after their last change. Copilot works only with your own records.

One list of what needs a call before it charges: trials ending within 7 days, renewals within 7 days (30 for plans billed every 3 months or longer), paid subscriptions missing a price or a date, costs no product carries, the same vendor tracked twice, and Gmail suggestions waiting. From each you can keep it, record that you are paying, mark it cancelled, change the plan, or fill in what is missing. Keeping a renewal is recorded as a decision that avoids nothing. Open Decisions

When you record that you cancelled, downgraded, replaced or paused a subscription, or did not convert a trial, TrackSignUp estimates the charges that decision avoided from the terms you recorded, and shows the lines behind every total. They are estimates, not confirmed savings: nothing here can see whether a vendor would have charged you. Refunds are shown separately and never added. You can download the history as CSV or print it. You type a percentage: 60% of this tool belongs to that product. It is a manual estimate, labelled as one wherever it appears, and nothing measures usage or infers a split. The shares of one subscription never add up to more than the subscription, and the vendor still charges it once.

An expected charge is what a provider is forecast to ask for on a date, at the full amount. A recorded payment is what you wrote down as paid. A monthly equivalent is a planning rate, not a charge: a US$240 yearly subscription costs US$240 on its billing date, and its monthly equivalent is US$20. The three are shown separately and never added together.

No. You can give a card a label, a nickname and optionally its last four digits, so a month’s charges can be read by card. It is a label you typed. There is no bank connection and nowhere to enter a full card number or security code.

No. TrackSignUp has no connection to any vendor and cannot cancel anything for you. “Mark as cancelled” records a cancellation you have already made: the forecast stops and pending reminders stop. If you have not cancelled with the vendor, they will keep charging.

Archiving takes a subscription off your tracker without deleting it, stops its pending reminders and frees a space on the free plan. Restoring brings it back with reminders planned from today, so nothing missed while archived is sent. The subscription archive holds up to 15 items, and the separate archive of dismissed Gmail suggestions holds its own 15, on both plans.

Solo Founder removes the two limits, no cap on tracked subscriptions and no cap on connected Gmail inboxes, and includes Copilot with a monthly message allowance.
