What the service is

TrackSignup keeps a list of free trials and sends an email reminder before a deadline you set. It is a reminder service. It does not cancel subscriptions, does not hold or charge payment methods for the tools you track, and does not guarantee that a vendor will not charge you.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled when you save a trial and sent by a job that runs approximately every ten minutes. Delivery depends on email systems outside our control. You remain responsible for cancelling anything you do not want to keep.

Plans and payment

The One Inbox plan is free. Tool Tester is $9 per month in USD, billed monthly through Stripe, and can be cancelled at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. The founding member offer is $4.50 per month for the first 12 months for the first 100 paying Tool Tester members, after which the regular price applies. Nothing upgrades without your explicit choice, and nothing is charged at signup.

Your data

What we collect and how to remove it is set out in the privacy policy. You may delete your trials, disconnect mailboxes, and ask for your account to be removed at any time.

Acceptable use

Connect only mailboxes you are entitled to access. Do not attempt to access other users' data or to interfere with the service.
