What the service is

TrackSignUp keeps a list of the free trials and paid subscriptions you record, sends an email reminder before a trial deadline or a renewal you asked to be warned about, and lets you record how software costs are shared across your projects. It is a reminder and record-keeping service.

Every figure it shows comes from terms you recorded. It does not measure how much you use a tool, does not calculate project profitability, does not cancel subscriptions, does not hold or charge payment methods for the tools you track, and does not guarantee that a vendor will not charge you.

Reminders

A reminder is scheduled when you save a subscription with a reminder. It moves or stops when you change the date, the reminder setting or the subscription's status. It becomes due at the time shown on your tracker and is handed to our email provider on the next dispatch run after that time.

Delivery depends on email systems outside our control. We can confirm that a reminder was accepted for delivery, not that it arrived. You remain responsible for cancelling anything you do not want to keep.

Plans and payment

The Free plan is free. Solo Founder is $9 per month in USD, billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel it at any time from the billing page, and access continues to the end of the paid period. TrackSignUp adds no tax in its checkout request. The checkout page shows the final amount before you pay. Nothing upgrades without your explicit choice, and nothing is charged at signup.

The founding member offer is $4.50 per month for the first 12 months, then the regular price, for the first 100 paying Solo Founder members while places remain. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

Cancelling your TrackSignUp plan does not cancel the subscriptions you track with other vendors. Those are between you and each vendor.

Your data

What we collect and how to remove it is set out in the privacy policy. You may delete your subscriptions, disconnect mailboxes, and ask for your account to be removed at any time.

Acceptable use

Connect only mailboxes you are entitled to access. Do not attempt to access other users' data or to interfere with the service.
